A headline that reads "Women's Basketball Season Preview".

Last Season’s Recap

The Conestoga Condors Women’s Basketball team is getting ready for an exciting new season, eager to build upon the momentum gained from their successful 2022/23 campaign that took them all the way to the Ontario College Championship tournament. The squad was led by the OCAA Player of the Year Yasmeen Smith and battled to an 8 – 8 record, good enough for a birth in the Ontario College Championship tournament. At the big dance the ladies faced off against The Humber Hawks. Although they barely fell, losing by just four points, the Condors put up a great effort against the eventually OCAA Champions. As they gear up to enter the 2023-2024 season, they are determined to make their mark once again and get back to the playoffs.

This new season roster is beaming with great talent and athleticism from all players, and Head Coach Dee Channer is placing a heavy emphasis on confidence and players making the best of their opportunities.
