Student Recreation Centre Memberships

Student Memberships
Fee-Paying Students: Full-time students at the Doon and Cambridge-Fountain St. campuses who paid the Athletic and Recreation Fee as part of the current semester's tuition will automatically have membership to the Student Recreation Centre. A ONE Card is required to access the member areas at the Student Recreation Centre and online services within the Condors Rec Portal.
Students within this category include:
- Doon Campus students (Full-time students)
- Cambridge-Fountain St. students (Full-time students)
Non-Fee-Paying Students: Part-time, full-time, and online students from other Conestoga College campuses enrolled in the current semester to complete a degree, diploma, certificate, or apprenticeship are eligible to purchase a Membership. A ONE Card is required to purchase a membership. Students can purchase their membership 24 hours after receiving their ONE Card.

Racquet Rental Service is required for members who wish to rent department-owned racquets during drop-in time slots for racquet sports. (Badminton/Pickleball/Squash)
Employee Memberships
All current employees of Conestoga College are eligible to purchase a membership. A ONE Card is required to purchase a membership. Employees can purchase their membership 24 hours after receiving their ONE Card. Payroll deduction is available to full-time employees for the Full Membership option.

Alumni Membership
All Conestoga College alumni are eligible to purchase a term membership.
The initial membership request must be submitted by completing the Alumni Membership Request Form. Please allow 3 business days for your request to be reviewed. You will be notified via email once your request has been verified. The initial purchase will be completed in person at the main entrance desk of the Student Recreation Centre, Doon Campus. Subsequent term memberships can be purchased online using the Condors Rec Portal.
To be considered for an alumni membership, the requester must have graduated from a Conestoga College academic program.
