Fitness Classes & Instructional Programs: start September 8th and run until November 28th. Programs are run during student success week.


Stretch & Flow

Mondays @ 5:15pm-6:15pm 
Instructor: Beth 

Join Beth on Mondays at 5:15pm for a low impact class focusing on movement, stretching, and breathwork. Stretch and Flow is designed to help improve flexibility, reduce tension, and support recovery. This class is for all fitness levels, and offers a relaxing way to move your body and feel better overall.


Pilates 

Mondays @ 6:15pm-7:15pm 
Instructor: Beth 

Pilates is a gentle, low-impact, yet serious strength workout that incorporates a sequence of repetitive exercises performed on a mat. Join Beth as she will take you through breath-focused movements to strengthen your core, and increase your flexibility and overall toning. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to join!


Strength Train 101 

Tuesdays @ 5:00-6:00pm
Instructor: Emma

Looking to build lean muscle, feel stronger, and boost your confidence? Join Emma on Tuesdays for an energy-packed class designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. This session incorporates a variety of exercises using dumbbells, accessories, and body weight movements to enhance strength, endurance, and overall performance.


Zumba

Tuesdays @ 6:00pm-7:00pm
Instructor: Gargi

Zumba is a fun dance-based interval workout that helps you de-stress while enjoying music. The classes move between high and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. Zumba targets many different muscle groups at once for total body toning!


Bollyfit

Wednesdays @ 5:00pm-6:00pm
Instructor: Gargi

BollyFit is a high-energy cardio class that blends Bollywood-inspired dance with fitness-focused movement. Designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, this class keeps your heart rate up while teaching you to move with the rhythm!
