30 mins of riding drills, including a quick warm up and cool down; designed to get your workout in and to get you on your way, and still giving you time to eat your lunch and get back to your class or desk.
Get ready for a core workout that will challenge your fitness level. Tone and define your abdominal muscles, improve posture, and strengthen your lower back and glutes. Additionally, by working with the roller you’ll decrease muscle soreness, increase your flexibility and postural imbalances.
This class will leave you breathless. Incorporate muscular strength, power, and cardio intervals in this fast-paced class. Multi-level instruction is given, so everyone can have the workout best suited to them.
Using the studio step, you'll move your way through several choreography combinations that will give your heart the cardio boost it needs to stay healthy and happy. Class complexity and intensity are dependent on the progression of the class
This class will isolate your full body. No muscle will be left untouched. Be prepared to work on muscles you didn’t even think you had.
This class will focus 10 minutes on cardio, 10 minutes of muscular strength or endurance, and 10 minutes of core and flexibility. Come get a full body workout in 30 minutes.

High-Intensity Interval Training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout. You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition. There are movements inspired by dance but these are limited compared to a Zumba® class, so it's perfect for those not comfortable in a full-out dance class.
This is a lightweight toning class that enhances a sense of rhythm and coordination. It also works on toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.
A safe and effective approach to improving and maintaining an active lifestyle while boosting energy levels. The focus will be on posture, balance, range of motion, joint health, muscular yoga poses and deep stretches, connecting breath with movement. Stress and tension will melt away as we work through poses in a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere.
