Pilates
Instructor:
Pilates is a gentle, low-impact, yet serious strength workout that incorporates a sequence of repetitive exercises performed on a mat. Join Beth as she will take you through breath-focused movements to strengthen your core, and increase your flexibility and overall toning. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to join!
Strength Train 101
Instructor:
Strength Train 101 combines strength-building exercises and endurance work, using dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight to help you tap into yourstrongest self. Expect high-energy music, constant motivation and a challenging workout that pushes you!
Yogalaties
Instructor:
This fusion mixes the core conditioning, strength training and challenge that Pilates is known for with elements of flexibility, endurance, and calming techniques signature to yoga. Seamlessly flow from exercise to excercise with tempo and reps for some and static positions for others. This workout is designed to challenge you at the level you choose while helping you feel balanced centred and calm.
Cardio x Core
Instructor:
Similar in style to Strength Train 101, this class uses lighter weights and blends cardio intervals with targeted core work. Build endurance, strengthen your core, and boost overall stamina. Leave feeling energized and accomplished!

Zumba
Instructor:
Zumba is a fun dance-based interval workout that helps you de-stress while enjoying music. The classes move between high and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. Zumba targets many different muscle groups at once for total body toning!
