Pilates 

Mondays @ 6:00pm-7:00pm

Pilates is a gentle, low-impact, yet serious strength workout that incorporates a sequence of repetitive exercises performed on a mat. Join Beth as she will take you through breath-focused movements to strengthen your core, and increase your flexibility and overall toning. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to join!


Strength Train 101 

Tuesdays @ 4:00-5:00pm

Looking to build lean muscle, feel stronger, and boost your confidence? Join Kurtis on Tuesdays for an energy-packed class designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. This session incorporates a variety of exercises using dumbbells, accessories, and body weight movements to enhance strength, endurance, and overall performance.


Boxercise  

Tuesdays @ 5:00pm-6:00pm
Instructor: Kurtis 

Join Kurtis for a dynamic boxing workout that combines footwork, shadow boxing, bag work, and core training. Each session is designed to build strength, boost endurance, and tone your entire body, offering a full-body fitness experience. Whether you're new to boxing or a seasoned athlete, you'll find an energetic, motivating environment that pushes you to improve both your fitness and boxing technique.


Zumba

Tuesdays @ 6:00pm-7:00pm
Instructor: Elnaz

Zumba is a fun dance-based interval workout that helps you de-stress while enjoying music. The classes move between high and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. Zumba targets many different muscle groups at once for total body toning!
