Get ready to kick off your weekends by getting active with our Sport Basics sessions. Join student recreation staff at a Sport Basics session to participate in fun skill sessions, understand the fundamentals, and learn a new sport! Build your confidence and skills to use the Student Recreation Centre more frequently.

  • Sessions will run on Fridays from May 24 - July 12
  • Join us for the full two hour sessions or as long as you can stay
  • Must have an active Athletics and Recreation membership
  • Free for eligible students!

We are offering a range of indoor sports including volleyball, cricket, soccer, badminton, and basketball. Sport Basics is a the perfect way to unwind, stay active and meet new friends.
