Join Athletics & Recreation for a Sport Basics session and discover the joy of learning a new sport! These fun and engaging sessions focus on building confidence, mastering fundamentals, and sharpening skills, helping you feel ready to enjoy the Student Recreation Centre even more.

  • Sessions will officially start in March every Thursday!
  • Join us for the full two hour sessions or as long as you can stay
  • Must have an active Athletics and Recreation membership
  • Free for eligible students!

We are offering a range of indoor sports including volleyball, badminton, table tennis and basketball. Sport Basics is a perfect way to unwind, stay active and meet new friends.
