What it is

Conestoga Athletics provides a strength and conditioning program for varsity athletes to complete both in season and out of season training.

The primary focus of this program being sport specific injury prevention in addition to maintaining and increasing relevant strength and power throughout each phase of the periodization program.

You must be on the roster of a varsity team to access this service.

Meet our Therapists

Kristen Bolliger, MS, R.Kin, CAT(C)

Head Athletic Therapist

 

Kristen started working at Conestoga College in August 2014 to oversee and manage the sports medicine of all varsity sports teams. Prior to her time at Conestoga, Kristen completed her Master's of Science in Athletic Training degree at Ohio University. While with the Bobcats, Kristen worked with the men's hockey team and completed her thesis focusing on the rehabilitation of concussed athletes.

 

 

 

 

Mallory Woeller, BScKin, BAHS, CAT(C), CSCS

Assistant Athletic Therapist

 

Mallory graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology. While at Laurier Mallory was the goaltender for the varsity soccer team. Following graduation, Mallory attended Sheridan College completing her Bachelor’s of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy. Mallory played a year of varsity soccer at Sheridan and won the Strength & Conditioning award as well as Female Athlete of the Year. Mallory began working with the Condors in August 2016.
