We’re here for you, Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge Community! The Conestoga College department of Athletics & Recreation has high-performance facilities that are available for rental.
- Our facilities are open for community use.
- Rates apply to all bookings of activity space.
- Prices include applicable taxes.

Conestoga Students, Departments and Faculties
- All Conestoga groups who wish to rent a space for exclusive use in Student Recreation Centre and all outdoor fields must request space through the online rentals form.
- Internal community discounts will be applied and discussed following form completion.
South Gym - High Performance Gymnasium

The Multi Purpose Rooms are 34'x29' or 180'x29' (combined) and have a maximum capacity of 60 per room or 180 (combined).
Important Rental Information
- Event rentals are subject to additional fees for ancillary services and are estimated on a case-by-case basis.
- Rental rates do not include any associated costs, beyond access to the space and basic equipment available. Additional requirements will be charged an additional fee for service.
- A full day is considered operational hours, not a 24-hour period. Rentals that extend overnight will be charged for two separate days.
- External rental groups must provide insurance coverage to a minimum amount of $5 million in Commercial General Liability and up to $2 million per occurrence. Conestoga College must be named in the policy coverage.
- Some events may require Campus Safety Services, determined at the discretion of Conestoga College. Additional fees may apply.
- The renter is responsible for all damages that are a direct or indirect result of the rental activity, organizers, participants or spectators.
