Start with a body composition scan, discuss your goals and nutrition habits, and assess your flexibility, upper body strength with push-ups, leg endurance with the wall-sit, and core stability with a forearm plank test. Our goal is to provide you with personalized insights and advice to enhance your fitness routine and track your progress over time.
