Fawn Day has an extensive list of accomplishments on the Diamond. She has won 2 OCAA Gold Medals and 1 OCAA Silver Medal and is a 2-time OCAA league All-Star and Championship All-Star. Fawn is also in the OCAA Record Books with an ERA of 2.29 1994-95 and 2.05 1995-96. 

Fawn was elected the Conestoga Condors Varsity Fastball Team MVP in all 3 seasons and was awarded the Colleges Female Athlete of the Year in 1995 and 1996. 

In 2009 Fawn was selected as one of twelve members to be named to the Ontario College Athletic Association's Women's Fastball All-Millennium Team and was inducted into the OCAA Hall of Fame. 

Fawn is a Business Administration - Management Studies Program graduate. Fawn's success continued on the bench as the Head Coach of the Condors Varsity Fastball team. In 2006 and 2007 she received the OCAA Coach of the Year Award.
