Condors Varsity Weekly Recap Nov 13th - 19th

A headline reading Condors Varsity Weekly Recap Nov 13th - 19th

The Student Recreation Center was buzzing with six home games this week and our first-ever Condor Fest!

Quote of the Week

"This past weekend, the Athletics and Recreation Department hosted our first annual Condor Fest! In addition to the Battle of the Birds happening on the court, Condor Fest provided an opportunity for us to welcome back and honour our Condors Alumni. The alumni in attendance spanned 6 decades and included championship-winning coaches and players, Condors Athletes of the Year, and Condors Hall of Famers. The event provided a great opportunity for us to look back at the past, remembering all those people who have contributed to bringing the Conestoga Condors program to where it is today. The blending of past, present, and future Condors made the day very special for everyone who could be there, and we are all very grateful to be a part of such an amazing, tight-knit Condors community. Condor Fest certainly emulated its message: Once a Condor, Always a Condor."

Daniel Ferraro, Varsity Coordinator
