Student Memberships

Fee-Paying Students: Full-time students at the Doon and Cambridge-Fountain St. campuses who paid the Athletic and Recreation Fee as part of the current semester's tuition will automatically have membership to the Student Recreation Centre. A ONE Card is required to access the member areas at the Student Recreation Centre, and online services within the Member Rec Portal.

Students within this category include:

  • Doon Campus students (Full-time students)
  • Cambridge-Fountain St. students (Full-time students)

Non-Fee-Paying Students: Part-time, full-time, and online students from other Conestoga College campuses enrolled in the current semester to complete a degree, diploma, certificate, or apprenticeship, are eligible to purchase a Membership. A ONE Card is required to purchase a membership. Students can purchase their membership 24 hours after receiving their ONE Card.

  • Doon (Part-Time Students) 
  • Cambridge - Fountain St. (Part-Time Students)
  • Cambridge - Reuter
  • Guelph 
  • Ingersoll 
  • Milton
  • Kitchener 
  • Stratford
  • Waterloo 

Purchase a membership online using the Member Rec Portal, or in person at the main entrance desk at the Student Recreation Centre, Doon Campus. 

Employee Memberships

All current employees of Conestoga College are eligible to purchase a membership.  A ONE Card is required to purchase a membership.  Employees can purchase their membership 24 hours after receiving their ONE Card. Payroll deduction is available to full-time employees for the Full Membership option. 

Purchase a membership online using the Member Rec Portal, or in person at the main entrance desk at the Student Recreation Centre, Doon Campus.

Membership Definitions

Full Membership (available to employees and students)

Access to all facilities, services, and fitness classes available. 

Week Membership (available to employees and students

Access to all facilities, services, and some programming (intramurals are excluded).

Walking Track Membership (available to employees)

Access to the walking/running track only. Access to fitness equipment around the track area is not included.

Alumni & General Public

Memberships are not available to the general public or alumni.
