Drop-in activities are offered 7:30 am to 10:00PM Monday to Friday, and 9:00AM to 9:00PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
What’s more enjoyable than shooting hoops or playing volleyball between classes in our spacious gymnasiums? Come to the Student Recreation Center for a drop-in time slot and meet new people who share the same passion for sports as you. Available sports and activities include basketball, volleyball, badminton, pickleball, cricket, soccer, foosball, Lululemon virtual workouts, squash and table tennis.
Users are encouraged to check out the Drop-In Sports & Facility Schedule on the Recreation Portal or Condors Application on your mobile device to see the activities you can play.

Badminton & Pickleball - North Gym or South Gym 3
Time slots are for 1 hour. No consecutive reservations allowed. The badminton & pickleball courts rotate between the North Gym and South Gym 3 based on availability. There are 8 courts that are available for booking in the North Gym. There are 3 courts that are available for booking in South Gym 3. One booking is able to bring 3 Conestoga College guest members to their badminton & pickleball time slot.
Basketball - South Gym, North Gym
Available at your convenience, no time slot required.

Games Room - Multi-Purpose Room A

Individual Workout Space - Multi-purpose Rooms B/C
Time slots are for 30-45 minutes. The Individual Workout Spaces are located in Multi-Purpose Rooms B/C. There are two rooms available for booking. One booking is able to bring five Conestoga College guest members to their booking time slot.
These individual workout spaces offer Lululemon Mirrors. Lululemon Mirrors bring you expert-led fitness classes streaming on the Mirror device. Choose from over 1000 classes from yoga to boxing to HIIT to meditation and more. No Lululemon studio membership required, book your session and check in at Multi-purpose Room reception desk.
Soccer - Doon Soccer Field
Drop-in soccer takes place on Tuesdays from 4:00pm-6:00pm at the Student Recreation Centre Doon Soccer Field. Students must register on the Rec Portal prior to the program beginning. Students play on a grass field and we recommended that you wear appropriate footwear such as cleats (no metal cleats).

Squash - Squash Courts
Time slots are for 1 hour which includes time for changing/showering before and after your booking. No consecutive reservations allowed. There are two courts that are available for booking. One booking is able to bring 1 Conestoga College guest to their squash time slot. The guest must be Conestoga College students.

Volleyball - South Gym, North Gym
