Women's Volleyball Recap - November 1
November 1st, 2019…KITCHENER – The Conestoga Condors Women's Volleyball team lost 3-1 (14-25, 25-19, 28-26, 25-21) to the Mohawk Mountaineers last night.
In the first set the Condors outplayed the Mountaineers with strong teamwork and great communication. Unfortunately, the next three sets were a tough battle for the Condors as the Mountaineers came out strong with big hits.
Jessica Patterson (Cambridge, ON) made 26 assists. Sammy Gwozdz (Waterloo, ON) had 15 points from 13 kills and made 22 digs. While Emily Aitken (Cambridge, ON) recorded 15 points from 9 kills and 6 serve aces.
What's Next?
Conestoga Condors Women’s Volleyball will head on the road Nov. 2 to face the Niagara Knights (2-1) for its first road match of the season! Game time is set for 1 p.m. with the match being streamed on ocaa.ca
