Men's Soccer Recap

The Men’s Soccer team travelled to Hamilton last Wednesday to take on the Redeemer Royals.

In a close match the Condors would get scoring from Liam Dowling (Kitchener, ON) and Jonathan Monney (Kitchener, ON)

The ROYALS would press and get one marker, but Condors goalie Ian Anderson-Mckenzie (Waterloo, ON) would shut the door as the Condors would make the final 2-1 for an important victory on the road.

On Saturday the Condors would host on campus the defending CCAA champions and powerhouse Humber Hawks.

The Hawks would show why they are the defending champs by scoring 3 of their goals in the first half, with Jonathan Monney getting the Condors on the board to make it 3-1 at the half. The Hawks would gain another tally late in the second half, but not before the Condors mounted a comeback from a well-played played second half for them. Monney would score again while Tyler Martin (Cambridge, ON) added a marker as well. Unfortunately, it was too little too late and the Hawks held on the lead for a 4-3 victory.
