Bio
Before coming to Conestoga College, Doug played Jr. A and Sr. A hockey and was an instructor for the Don Hayes Hockey School. He also worked as the Coach and General Manager of the Jr. B Waterloo Siskens. Doug Spent two terms as coach of the Varsity Hockey Team at Conestoga, from 1971 to 1972 and from 1979 to 1980. Doug's previous experience was a great asset in helping the Varsity Hockey Team into the OCAA Hockey League. His ability to pass on his knowledge and experience to the players was well received, leading to team success. Due to work commitments, Doug was unable to continue his coaching at Conestoga College, but always offered his services when they were needed.
