Charlie Rolph was a member of the Conestoga College Faculty from August 14, 1972, until he retired on June 30, 1988. As a Professor of Marketing, Charlie was known as an excellent teacher who was always available to assist students with their various problems. 

He was involved as an Intramural Team organizer and coached several Intramural Teams. He was a solid supporter of the Intercollegiate Hockey Program and acted as "Chief Scout" for the team throughout his tenure at the College. He was behind the scenes in the fundraising campaign for the Conestoga Recreation Centre. He was a staunch promoter of the Intramural and Intercollegiate Athletic Program to students and his peers.
