Third year outside hitter Brendan Vandergeest earns OCAA West Division Second-Team All-Star honours. The senior player had a very strong season in the hitting department. Vandergeest hit for 111 kills a total of 3.47 kills per set. These numbers place him second and third in the province.

The combination of the 111 kills, 8 blocks and 8 service aces gave Brendan a total of 127 points on the shortened OCAA season. The 127 points is third in the OCAA.
