Dave Long will always be remembered at Conestoga College and across the OCAA Hockey League as one of the top hockey players in the 90s. 

Dave had many accomplishments, including leading the Conestoga Hockey Team to a Gold Medal win in 1994. He was an OCAA All-Star from 1992-1995 and led the league in scoring in 19992-93 and 1993-94. Dave remains number 9 on the all-time Career Scoring Leaders list with 77 goals - 70 assists for 147 points over 3 seasons. 

He was without question the Conestoga MVP for his three years at college. He is the only male athlete nominated for 3 consecutive years as the Male Athlete of the Year. 

Dave graduated from Conestoga in 1995 from the Construction Engineering Technology Program.
