What It Is

Conestoga Athletics provides a strength and conditioning program for varsity athletes to complete both in-season and out-of-season training.

The primary focus of this program being sport-specific injury prevention in addition to maintaining and increasing relevant strength and power throughout each phase of the periodization program.

You must be on the roster of a varsity team to access this service.

Meet our Strength & Conditioning Coach

Jordan Lenko

Strength & Conditioning Coach 

Jordan joined the Condors team in August 2021 in the role of Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach. Jordan programs and facilitates all sessions with Condors student athletes. Jordan completed his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Waterloo (Sports Business). Previous to Conestoga, Jordan was the interim Interuniversity Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Waterloo Warriors Varsity teams in 2019/2020. Currently, Jordan is also the Manager of Strength & Conditioning at Next Level Performance Training where he coaches various ages and levels of strength and conditioning development. Jordan has two National Sports Performance Association certifications in Speed and Agility and Weightlifting Performance.
